ContraVault AI is a procurement intelligence platform that helps infrastructure, construction, and energy companies turn thousand-page tender and RFP documents into organised, auditable, decision-ready outputs. Founded in 2024 in Bengaluru by Sayan Sen, Isha Juneja, and Tanmay Juneja, the platform covers tender discovery, go/no-go analysis, risk and contradiction review, compliance checks, form auto-fill, and proposal drafting in a single AI workspace. The product is built for high-stakes enterprise bidding where business development, commercial, legal, finance, and technical teams all need to align under deadline pressure. ContraVault uses domain-tuned models trained on procurement data and each customer's historical project knowledge, so every new tender is evaluated against both the document at hand and the organisation's own risk appetite and operating context. Clients report 60-70% reduction in tender processing time and 30-35% more bids submitted. The platform has helped analyse $2.6B+ in tenders across roughly 40 customers, including Voltas, Shapoorji Pallonji, Adani Group, and Sterling & Wilson. ContraVault raised $3.1M in a pre-Series A round in June 2026 led by Chiratae Ventures, with participation from Titan Capital Winners Fund (which also backed an earlier $650K seed). The company is expanding into the US and building toward computer vision capabilities for engineering drawing analysis. Sen says three of India's top 10 infrastructure companies are already on the platform.
