Angoor AI is a no-code platform that lets businesses build AI agents for sales, support, and marketing across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, web, and voice, all from a single unified inbox. The core of the product is a Gen AI Studio: a drag-and-drop flow builder where teams can create, test, deploy, and monitor custom AI-powered workflows without writing a line of code. Businesses can feed their own knowledge base into the agents, define conversation logic in plain English, and connect to their existing tools through 50+ pre-built integrations. The platform also maintains a unified customer profile that persists across every channel and interaction, so the AI always has context, and human agents do too when a conversation gets routed their way. The Bengaluru startup was founded in October 2023 by three IIT Bombay graduates: Arpit Agrawal (CEO), Anuj Agrawal (CTO), and Rishabh Kumar (CPO). Early customers include Sanfe, InstaAstro, and Apps For Bharat. One case study on their site shows a property rental platform automating 83% of its support tickets using Angoor's flow builder.
